PAYMENTS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHICH PAYMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?
Amok Casino has customers worldwide, and different countries have different payment methods for various reasons.
When you have created your account, hitting the ‘Deposit’ button will display payment methods available in your region.
Amok Casino adds new payment methods whenever they become available. This page is not always immediately updated with the latest methods.
If you have any questions about payments and withdrawals in your country, you can speak to Amok staff on live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW FAST ARE DEPOSITS PROCESSED?
Deposits are instant - play straight away!
Bank transfers are processed instantly but can be subject to minor delays.
HOW FAST ARE WITHDRAWALS PROCESSED?
Players making their first withdrawal will need to verify their account. This procedure is fast and easy but, in some rare cases, can take up to five days.
Once you are verified, withdrawals are processed quickly. We don’t keep you waiting for your winnings; however, some withdrawals will take 1-5 banking days to reach your account, depending on the method. This is out of our control.
HOW ARE WITHDRAWALS PROCESSED?
Withdrawals must be processed back to the original payment method.
For example, if you deposited funds with Neteller, your withdrawal must go back to the same Neteller account.
The maximum withdrawal in any 24-hour period is €10,000 or currency equivalent.
DOES AMOK CHARGE FEES ON PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS?
Of course not – it’s your money! Both payments and withdrawals are free from fees, charges, commission, and any other thievery!
However, please note that some banks do charge fees on receiving bank transfers. We know - they are mean. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over.
